GENERAL GUIDELINES

 

+ PLEASE Trim trees and shrubs!

+ Rake leaves

+ Sweep all areas

+ Have the lawn mowed and edged

+ PLEASE Put away garden hoses

+ Remove dead plants and empty pots

+ Put away items that could be distracting such as

   garden tools, both two and four legged child's toys

+ PLEASE Hide garbage cans

+ PLEASE Move cars out of the driveway

+ PLEASE Close garage doors

+ Outdoor furniture looks clean and tidy

+ Clean pool

+ Hide pool cleaning supplies, vacuums and hoses

+ Turn on pool features

INTERIOR

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES

 

+ Turn on every light on the property. This includes

   lamps, appliance lights, furniture lights and accent

   lighting

+ Replace all burned out bulbs and stay consistent

   with the same type of lights bulbs used - No LED

   or cold CFL lighting .. this can cause uneven lighting

+ Turn off all ceiling fans

+ Close all curtains and blinds

 

 KITCHEN

 

+ Clear away any counter clutter

+ Put away all the dishes, small appliances, cutting

   boards, dish soap bottles, cleaning supplies, mops,

   brooms, and garbage cans

+ Clear the fridge of all distractions

+ Temporarily remove all childproof devices

+ Feel free to add a nice bowl of fruit for decoration

+ Remove garbage cans

 

DINING AREA

 

+ Wipe and polish table

+ Small centerpieces are welcome

 

LIVING AREA

 

+ Furniture is properly arranged

+ Remove any magazines

+ Organize and arrange bookshelf

+ Fluff couch cushions and pillows

+ Remove TV remotes, game systems, and movies

+ Remove all children's toys

+ Clean around fireplace

 

BEDROOM

 

+ Make the bed, fluff all pillows

+ Move unwanted items from the room. Please DO

   NOT hide them under the bed

+ Remove any unwanted themes from the young

   ones rooms

+ Remove clutter from night stands and dressers

+ Close the closet door

 

BATHROOM

 

+ Clear counter-tops of all personal items and clutter

+ Replace dirty towels with fresh ones

+ Remove personal items from the shower and tub

+ Remove garbage can

+ Put toilet seat and lid down

+ Replace toilet paper with a new roll
